Hardware Checklist

The hardware (nuts and bolts) used in the assembly of your Trike Bike have been conveniently packaged inside a large plastic bag

This photo we show the 7 individual bags of hardware laid out ready to be used. Each bag is numbered so you know where this hardware is used.

Package 1 contains:  4 large diameter bolts, 6 washers and 6 large nyloc nuts. These are used to connect the Trike Bike frame to the back axle section

Package 2 contains: Bolts for the chain guard, the 2 bolts with domed head go top and bottom on the chain guard frame and the bolt with the hexagonal head goes to the rear of the chain guard

Package 3 Contains:  The saddle and backing plate, along with the 2 bolts which are used to secure the front mudguard to the front mudguard bracket. The other bolts are used to attach the front mudguard to the front forks

Package 4 contains: 8 bolts which are used to secure the rear mud guards to the rear mudguard frame

Package 5 Contains:  4 bolts with washers and nyloc nut. These are used to hold the rear mudguard frames to the main rear axle of the Trike Bike

Package 6 Contains: 4 bolts, 8 mm diameter, 8 washers 8 mm diameter and 4 nyloc nuts. These are used to hold the rear basket to the Trike Bike rear frame.

Package 7 Contains: the seatpost clamp, 3 aluminium ‘tubes’ closed off at one end. These are to cover the brake and gearchange cables when completed to stop the cables from fraying and three brackets for the front basket, on the left a metal strip and 2 bolts and nuts for the top of the basket mount to the frame. 1 flat metal strip, one flat metal strip with horseshoe, and 2 bolts for mounting the bottom of the basket to the frame

4 bolts with 2 washers each and nyloc nuts approximately 50 mm long are used to hold the rear basket to the frame

4 large diameter bolts, 6 washers and 6 large nyloc nuts are used to connect the back axle section to the Trike Bike frame

3 small bolts, these are used to secure the chain guard to the frame

2 small bolts with saddle clamp and backing plate to secure the front mudguard support bracket to the front mudguard

Three brackets for the front basket, on the left a metal strip and 2 bolts and nuts for the top of the basket mount to the frame. 1 flat metal strip, one flat metal strip with horseshoe, and 2 bolts for mounting the bottom of the basket to the frame
